Lynda Carter, the American singer and actress best well-known as Wonder Woman from the television show with the same name during the 1970s. Apart from her many performances on television and in films her name is regarded as an iconic figure in the world of culture. Lynda's long career as an actress is further enhanced by being a producer and actor in numerous well-rated CBS network television specials, some of which have earned Emmy Award nominations. She has collaborated with a number of the biggest names in music including Ray Charles Tom Jones Kenny Rogers George Benson, and Ben Vereen. Following high school, she went into CarnegieMellon School of Drama in Pittsburgh and graduated in 1984 with a degree in the fine arts.
